• Engage in subscription and account management, along with technical troubleshooting
• Respond to inquiries from both new and existing business clients through phone, email, and live chat
• Conduct proactive outreach to clients who have previously contacted via chat or email
• Emphasize post-purchase customer support, avoiding direct sales
• Independent and proactive problem-solving, utilizing an extensive knowledge base

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English (B2 level)
• Available to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday
