Hello, I'm Anna!

“Make every place your home” is a motto I have lived by since the day I was born. As an expat child I moved around quite a bit and continued to do so in my adult life. I quickly learned that something as small as moving furniture around in my hotel room was a way to make myself feel at home quickly. It resulted in a hobby as interiour decorator. Working for an international humanitarian organization ironically led me back to my own home country, and so I have settled in Amsterdam since 2014: working in HR and making a home for myself. It has been tremendous fun to rediscover the gems of my culture, riding my bike daily and... falling in love with a real Dutch man: I am recently engaged to be married and look forward to building a home and family together.
