Your responsibilitiesProviding a comprehensive service to Ryanair airline passengersAssisting passengers via: incoming calls/chat/e-mailProviding general informationSupporting passengers with travel difficultiesProviding information on issues related to baggage, ticket reservations and flight rescheduling - anything that may happen during the tripSolving passengers' day-to-day problemsHandling complaints and issues

Requirements

Our requirements:Knowledge of italian B2, english B1Availability to work from our office (Katowice)Communication skills and attitude towards working with people.High personal culture and customer orientationAbility to use Windows operating system and MS OfficeCommitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more!
