Join our team, and develop your career in an encouraging, forward-thinking environment! Would you like to discover how our diverse, hardworking people are leading the way in making energy cleaner and better – and how you can play your part in our world-class team?Join our Customer Team and advance your career as a Senior Customer Service Representative – Polish speaking! Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.   In this role You will: Coordinate the order management process of clients in the automotive industryMaintain customer and material master databaseEnter customer orders and follow them upManage customer requests and queriesBe logging, assigning, supervising progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completionInteract with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient mannerFacilitate the invoicing process

Requirements

What You will need to be successful:Proficiency in Polish and solid English knowledgeSolid experience in the field of Customer Service in an SSC environmentExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Siebel, SAP, etc.)Customer oriented approachFlexible, motivated personalityGood communication skillsAbility to work in Budapest at least 2 days/week
