Responsibilities: Customer support (pre-sales and post-sales) for security cameras and system users via calls and chatsHandling requests for the following devices and systems: Wire-Free Security Cameras, Indoor Smart Home Cameras, Security Camera Systems, WiFi/PoE Cameras & NVRs.Assist customers in resolving technical problems with devicesCollaborate with service engineers for technical support

Requirements

Knowledge of German at a communicative level (min. B2+)Knowledge of English to understand the content of the training (min. B1+)Minimum 6 months of experience in customer serviceHigher education Interest in new technologies
