<p>They are hiring for a<strong> </strong>s<strong>mart, engaging Account Manager</strong> to nurture and grow their existing customer portfolio. No cold calling, just strong relationship building, communication and growth sales skills required! </p>

<p><strong><strong><strong><em>An an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:</em></strong></strong></strong></p>

<ul><li>Selling / Upselling to existing customers</li><li>Customer retention & maintenance renewals</li><li>Developing long-lasting trusted relationships with customers </li><li>Maintain accurate records in SalesForce</li><li>Provide monthly forecast of add on business to management</li></ul>

Requirements


<p><strong><strong><strong><em>Ideal Candidates will have:</em></strong></strong></strong></p>

<p> </p>

<ul><li><strong><strong><strong>Min 2 years’ inside sales / account management / renewals experience within an IT B2B sales environment.</strong></strong></strong></li><li><strong>Fluency</strong> in<strong> </strong>ideally<strong> </strong>both<strong> </strong><strong>French AND German</strong><strong> or </strong><strong>ONE</strong> of the required languages</li><li>Engage and develop relationships at Senior / C-Level</li><li>Outstanding professional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>High energy, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally</li><li>Proficiency with SalesForce.com contact management</li><li><strong>Lives in Ireland -</strong> no relocation offered</li></ul>
