Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients а global tech firm specializing in digital, engineering, cloud, and AIsolutions across various industries, we are looking for – Accounts Billing Officer withGerman (Hybrid).Responsibilities:*Timely issuance of invoices and unbilled items in line with SLAs;*Daily resolution of billing errors (meter readings, contracts, portal issues);*Monitor and clear billing holds and system-related issues;*Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with internal standards;*Handle workload effectively under pressure and shifting priorities;*Promote self-service use via the customer portal;*Escalate unresolved issues and follow through until resolution;*Comply with company policies, ethical, and financial regulations.Qualifications:*Relevant experience in a Pan-European OTC or billing environment;*University-level education (preferable);*Fluent in German and very good English, both written and verbal;*Track record of meeting SLAs and performance goals;*Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;*Proficient in MS Office and Windows-based systems;*Self-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented;*Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Our client offers:*The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, with a shift from 10:00 to 19:00 for half of the month.*The role follows a flexible work arrangement, with a hybrid model;*Social benefits are provided as part of the compensation package;*Additional health insurance includes coverage for comprehensive medical care, medications,dental treatment, and medical transportation;*Life insurance covers one full annual salary, with an annual health check-up included;*Opportunities for both professional and personal development through training are available;*Additional perks include a counseling service, referral bonus, Multisport card, and onlineZumba/Yoga classes.If you feel excited and confident that you’re the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the nextstep.
