We are looking for an Accounts Payable with native level of French, being an enthusiastic person. You will be joining and international and dynamic company.Our client is a multinational french company from the retail/fashion sector with offices in Barcelona.As a Accounts Payable you will:- You will Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment, including treating invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the accounting system.- You will Process employee expense reports, including verification of receipts and coding.- You will Prepare payment runs and manual payments.- You will be Responsible for monthly accounts payable journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.- You will Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to including, vendor approval, invoice processing and travel related expenses.- You will Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships.- You will Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.- You will Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.

Requirements

You are the perfect candidate if you:- You have Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration or equivalent- You have 1 - 3 years relevant experience required- You have Intermediate skills at using Excel.- You have Knowledge of SAP, M3 and D365 is desirable.- You have an advanced level of English (C1) and native level of French.- You have Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, vendors, and business partners.- You have Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure.- You have Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.- You have Accurate with a strong attention to detail.- You have Strong written and oral communication skills.
