<p>The Admin  Assistant will help facilitate the hiring process. High communication skills are required to manage a variety of functions related to recruitment, including reporting to the hiring manager and coordinating communication between job applicants. There is room for growth and advancement into other positions within the human resources department. People who find the most satisfaction in this job enjoy working with others and have strong sales skills.</p>

<p><strong>Type of Position</strong>: Full time , entry level </p>

<p><strong>Working hours :</strong> 8h per day/5 days per week ( Monday to Friday )</p>

<p><strong>Location :</strong> Remote</p>

<p><strong>Contract :</strong> self -employed , freelancer</p>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities :</strong></p>

<ul><li>Processing incoming mail and organizing resumes</li><li>Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process</li><li>Follow up with candidates in process by email or phone</li><li>Setting appointments for recruiters</li><li>Posting adverts on job portals and Social Media</li><li>CV sourcing and skillcoding</li></ul>

<ul><li><strong>Update Applicant Information</strong><strong> - </strong>Recruiting admin perform data entry to input and update applicant information in the candidate database. Uphold confidentiality when handling applicant information, according to GDPR</li><li>Maintaining current HR files and databases</li></ul>

Requirements


<p> </p>

<ul><li><strong>Customer service – </strong>recruiting admin answer emails , offering a high level of customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for applicants</li><li><strong>Fluency in English ,</strong> business level</li><li><strong>Recruitment experience represents an advantage – </strong>since admin assistants are involved in hiring process, they should be familiar with interview processes</li><li><strong>Computer literacy – </strong>this position requires a strong familiarity with social networking sites and job applicant systems, as recruiting  admin use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media to reach potential applicants</li><li><strong>Good knowledge of MS Office </strong></li><li><strong>Organizational skills – </strong>scheduling multiple interviews and assisting the recruitment process requires recruiting admin to be organized and efficient</li></ul>
