<p>We are looking for professionals to start your professional career in a dynamic and multinational environment. You will join the Ricoh Europe Share Service Center as Billing Operations.</p>

<p>Our client is Ricoh Spain, a global technology company specializing in digital equipment for the office, high production printing solutions, document management systems and ICT services. Based in Tokyo, the RICOH Group operates in more than 200 countries and regions.</p>


<p>Within the process of "order entry" of the company's customers will assume responsibility for the correct entry and tracking of orders of the assigned customers.</p>

<p>In close contact with the client, the commercial force and the Ricoh Service Center, its functions will be the following:</p>

<p>- Management of special billing that is done manually<br />- Control of electronic invoicing<br />- Definition of the billing calendar and printing of invoices for customer delivery<br />- Launch of the Billing Run (billing process)<br />- Billing block review according to defined rules (preinvoice billing hold, QA Hold and Gapless)<br />- Analysis of the contracts that remain un invoiced (unbilled)<br />- Price increase application (CPI, VAT ...)<br />- Analysis and control of fertilizers</p>

<p>Minimum training and experience required:<br />-Bachelor or Vocational Training. Very valuable studies related to: administration, accounting, secretariat, ...<br />- Minimum 1 year of previous experience performing similar functions.</p>

<p>Languages<br />-Advanced English level<br />-To speak other languages ​​is a plus (French or Italian)</p>
