As an AI Data Annotation Specialist, you will oversee the review and management of user-generated content to ensure it meets company guidelines and quality standards. Your role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the successful moderation of content while achieving client satisfaction and adhering to company policies. The AI Data Annotation Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for any content-related issues.RESPONSIBILITIESReview videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance according to processes, policies and guidelinesRespond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appealsLiaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriateActions to resolve any situations that may arise during productionMake well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledgeProject overviewWork Days: Monday - FridayProject duration: 6 monthsRemote job opportunity, from any place in PolandWork cannot be performed from any other country

Requirements

Full professional proficiency in HungarianFamiliar with the culture of Hungarian languageExperience within data annotation / labellingGreat attention to details and strong analytical skillsFast critical thinkingStrong time management skillsStrong self-organization, decision making with objectivityResilience - the job involves exposure to disturbing content
