Join our team to provide exceptional aftermarket support to VIP customers and collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics. In this role, you’ll be responsible for spare parts pricing, order creation, and following up on outstanding sales orders.What will you do?Communicate with customers and relevant departments regarding orders and enquiries via email and phoneProvide customer support for pre-order activities (pricing, availability, quoting, technical specifications)Manage customer orders from placement to invoicing and customer expectations by providing information about delivery dates, status of the orders and potential issuesChase outstanding sales orders via purchasing, manufacturing and warehouses
Requirements
Fluency in Italian (B2+)Fluency in English (B2+)Attention to detail and great communication skillsBe confident user of MS Office
