Requirements

Fluency in  English and one additional European language (Czech, Danish, Dutch, German, French, Spanish...)EU Passport (mandatory) – we cannot provide visa sponsorship Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills and ability to multitask Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required  Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
