DKR are working with a leading Gaming Publisher as they aim to onboard a bilingual French, German or Italian/English speaker into their Consumer Relations department in Newcastle, UK.
You will be providing solutions to Gamers in both English & French, German or Italian mostly via Chat, webmail, online forums/mesageboards and/or Social Media.
You are a skilled professional and expert in the following:
- Fluency English & French, German or Italian(spoken & written)
- Please only apply if you are a current resident in the UK and willing to relocate to Newcastle (have to be within the UK) or you may fall into a Pre Settlement visa sponsorship if under 26 years old
- Strong technical ability– ability to troubleshoot effectively in a technical/PC/Gamer support environment
- Experience of Customer Support ticketing tools, knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Great understanding of social media activity and its impact with customers - a knowledge in using Sprinklr would be desirable
