<p>Our sales department is urgently looking for amazing, dynamic and smart people to join the Direct Sales team. Are you looking for a position where you will value your business knowledge, practice your language skills and use your shark attitude? Then this is a great challenge to evolve in the IT sector!</p>

<p><strong>What's great about the job?</strong></p>

<p>As Business Advisor, you will be in charge of the full sales cycle without prospecting new customers. Concretely you will be responsible to contact SMBs for a first qualification. You will analyze their business needs and provide them an unique demonstration of our software and how our solution can fulfill their business needs. After this advising phase comes the sales stage: negotiation and closing. Everyday you'll contact different companies in different sectors, needless to say that you won't get bored. Over the time you'll develop an expertise over the different business industry you'll be in contact with. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Auderghem. </p>

<ul><li>No cold calling, you receive leads and focus on the value creation</li><li>Deal with interesting people; SMBs' CEO, CFO, CTO, ...</li><li>Learn a lot about different countries and different business sectors</li><li>Large apps scope: CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, Inventory, HR, Project Mgmt, ...</li><li>Direct contact with consultants with the qualification and follow-up of your projects</li><li>High commissions for the best sellers</li></ul>

Requirements


<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<p>Lead the entire sales cycle</p>

<p>Achieve the monthly sales objectives for EMEA</p>

<p><strong>CHALLENGES</strong></p>

<p>Learn different management practices</p>

<p>Master product demos</p>

<p>Deal with companies of various industries, sizes, and from different regions</p>

<p><strong>MUST HAVE</strong></p>

<p>Master en Business</p>

<p>Interest in IT and softwares</p>

<p>0 to 5 years experience</p>

<p>Fluent in :  English/German<br />or English/Spanish</p>

<p>Work permit for Belgium</p>
