- Technical qualification and documentation of all processes in the ticket system
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Use and maintenance of the knowledge database
You bring that with you:
- Bulgarian at a business fluent level and good English or German skills
- Completed technical vocational training or comparable experience (gamer, IT professional)
- Work experience in IT support desirable
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility
- A confident and friendly appearance and strong communication skills
