You will be their first point of contact, assisting them via Phone and email with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

Your ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries primarily via phone and emailAccurately document all customer interactions and cases in the CRM systemFollow communication guidelines and internal processesEscalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams while maintaining communication with customersWork efficiently across multiple systems and applications simultaneouslyYour ProfileNative-level Portuguese (C1–C2) and good English skills (minimum B2)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer literacy and technical aptitudeDetail-oriented, reliable, and well-organizedPrevious customer service or customer-facing experience is an advantageHighschool education or above
