Requirements

What you will bring: Fluency in Chinese MandarinVery good communication skills in EnglishExceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, as well as problem-solving skillsEmpathy and a passion for customer serviceFamiliarity with current Anti-Malware and Firewall productsAbility to install an operating system and install additional necessary softwareAbility to troubleshoot common PC, Mac and mobile issuesKnowledge of MAC, iOS and Android Operating SystemsKnowledge of Firewall, Antivirus products and Security domainKnowledgeable in Windows X OS (Windows XP to 10) & Mac OS fundamentalsBase knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, WLAN)
