They are now hiring people for 2 different positions:CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE & CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGERCUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVEThe candidate will be responsible for:Support existing customers and increase sales via the web by providing useful guidance via e-mail/ callsThanks to the interaction with the sales office, the agent will support customers in solving their problems and educate them on application features and good practicesInteract and cooperate with other departments of the company to improve the product and to identify bugs and customers’ needsCUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGERThe candidate will be responsible for:Managing customer relations and deliver our products to a portfolio of Customers ofthe companyProviding smooth communication between the company and Customers and PartnersCooperating with our Customer Care and Team to ensure customer’s satisfactionHelping existing customers in their subscription renewal cycles and activation of new products tomaximize experience of the companyIncreasing customer retention, satisfaction and usage of solutions of the company. 

Requirements

 CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVEExcellent knowledge of French or German at C1/native level and English B2/communicativeExcellent ability to organize the work and excellent communication skills oral and writtenGood analytical skillsStrong customer relationship buildingPrevious experience in the Customer Service or Sales field or similarCUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success or similar sales positionsGerman/ French and English both at C1-C2 levelSales experience with SME segment would be an advantageRelationship building – able to build long term relationshipsPersistencyExcellent collaboration skillsFlexiblityStart-up oriented, proactive, result-driven, self-motivated
