About the RoleAs a Consulting Manager – Business Analysis, Digital Assets, you will lead business analysis efforts across digital asset initiatives, with a focus on stablecoins and tokenized money. You will translate complex blockchain concepts into scalable, compliant, and business-ready solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, technology, and regulatory teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements elicitation and documentation for digital asset use cases including stablecoin issuance, redemption, settlement, custody, and digital walletsTranslate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaDefine token lifecycle flows, including smart contract behaviors and on-chain/off-chain integrationsAct as a bridge between Product Owners, architects, engineering teams, compliance, and operations stakeholdersDrive solution design discussions and support functional trade-off analysisEnsure alignment of solutions with regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, AML, KYC, and e-money regulationsSupport testing, validation, and release readiness activities to ensure successful deliveryFacilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions

Requirements

Skills & ExperienceDomain ExpertiseStrong experience in digital assets, including stablecoins, tokenization, and programmable moneySolid understanding of blockchain ecosystems, digital wallets, and smart contractsFamiliarity with financial services domains such as banking, payments, or fintechFunctional SkillsProven experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Product Ownership, or consulting rolesStrong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and stakeholder engagementAbility to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable functional requirementsTechnical SkillsUnderstanding of blockchain transaction flows, token lifecycle management, and smart contract logicExposure to Ethereum, EVM-based chains, permissioned ledgers, and ERC-20 standardsKnowledge of integration patterns between on-chain and off-chain systemsDelivery ExperienceExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsStrong collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and complianceExperience supporting testing, validation, and implementation phasesPersonal AttributesStrong communicator with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholdersAnalytical and solution-oriented mindset with capability to solve complex problemsCollaborative team player with the ability to work across geographies and functionsAdaptable and open-minded, with a strong interest in emerging technologiesAbility to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsContribution to Development of PracticeContribute to capability development in digital assets and blockchain consultingSupport knowledge management, reusable assets, and solution accelerators within the practiceDevelop thought leadership content such as white papers, POVs, and insights on digital assets and tokenizationIndustry Experience4+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or product roles within digital assets, fintech, or financial servicesExperience working on blockchain, tokenization, or digital asset initiatives preferredUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, EMD2, PSD2, and AML/KYC is highly desirable
