We are inviting applications for the role of Content Moderator with Dutch (On-site Bucharest) We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ResponsibilitiesProvide resolution to maintain standards of qualityReview content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelinesRecognize trends and patterns and raise issues timelyProvide insights to help improve the support to the usersMaintain a thorough understanding of process and policiesProvide excellent customer service to our customers This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/ sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Requirements

Minimum qualificationsAny Graduate (PG an added advantage)Freshers are eligibleFluent in Read/Write in English & Dutch Language Preferred qualificationsEffective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skillsProblem solving skills with customer centric approachMust be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
