Requirements

Fluency in Turkish, both written and verbalGood command of EnglishExcellent communication skillsGood technical skills (computer applications and tools) Organizational, decision-making, and analytical capabilitiesA positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
