Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhancecustomer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for– Corporate Travel Advisor with German and English.Responsibilities:*Coordinate and manage corporate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, andtransportation);*Provide travel solutions that align with clients' corporate policies and preferences;*Offer recommendations for cost-effective and time-efficient travel options;*Handle travel bookings, changes, and cancellations;*Assist with any travel-related issues or emergencies;*Build and maintain strong client relationships;*Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and best practices.Qualifications:*Fluency in German and English (written and spoken);*Experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus;*Knowledge of Travel GDS Systems - as Amadeus, Galileo, etc. - is a strong advantage;*Good typing and computer MS Office skills;*Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;*Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service;*Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Our client offers:*Employee benefits, including discounts and a Multisport Card;*Monthly allowance for transportation/internet (in addition to the salary);*Additional compensation for night hours work (if applicable);*Bonus for significant life events (marriage, childbirth, graduation);*Medical plan (health and dental coverage) and life insurance coverage;*Performance-based bonuses; location near convenient public transport.*Full-time job, 8-hour shifts based on a rotating schedule, with availability for day, evening,or night shifts.If you feel excited and confident that you’re the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the nextstep.
