The restaurant is a renowned fine-dining establishment located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. Main tasks: Assist the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of dishes. Participate in mise en place and service operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Support the team during high-volume service. Learn and apply fine-dining plating techniques and food handling procedures. Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to a high-level culinary team.
Requirements
Culinary student with outstanding motivation and work ethic. Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and some type of experience. Able to communicate in at least one of the team languages (Spanish, English, French, Italian, or German). Willingness to learn and adapt in a demanding, high-end environment.40 hours/week. Duration: 3 months at least. Start date: June/July. Location: Palma de Mallorca, Spain
