Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: Language Skills: Native or near-native in French, with a good command of English (C1) Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office. Customer Service Skills: Strong phone handling, active listening, and customer-oriented approach. Communication & Adaptability: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different personalities. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
