For our partner in Greece we are looking for German-speaking Customer Advisors to join their international team in Greece! Responsibilities:Manage incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails.Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Requirements:Native or near-native proficiency German.Good command of English.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Excellent communication skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Training:You will receive Training for your new position!About Multilingual Jobs Worldwide:Multilingual Jobs Worldwide is a leading recruitment company focusing on connecting multilingual talent with exciting career opportunities worldwide. Requirements

Locals only- No Relocation Package Monthly gross salary• Customer Service: €1,200–€1,300/month + 10% performance bonus (12% if overachieving)Anniversary bonus : 500€ after 1 year in the company for all German speakers hired in B2C projects.• Sales: €1,250–€1,350/month + €150–€250 performance bonusWork hours:Most roles follow Monday–Friday or Monday–Sunday shifts.Common hours:08:00–23:00 (River)09:00–21:00 (Payback, Xiaomi)Some projects offer fixed 8-hour shifts within the working window (e.g., 09:00–17:00).Fixed working hours (for mothers with children up to 2 years old)
