Our client is an international Contact Center group that works with international brands!

You will be working from home! What are you waiting for?

As a Customer Care for a retail client you will be responsible of:
- You will be responsible of providing customer service by email, telephone and whatsapp
- You will be responsible of resolving customer's complaints
- You will be responsible of tracking customer's order 


You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have strong communication skills
- You enjoy customer service environment
- You are client oriented
- You speak Czech in a very fluent or native level
- You have a fluent level of English

This job is 100% by remote! You can work from home and you just need:
- A laptop with Windows 7 or Windows 10
- Headphones
