You will provide a service that exceeds our customer expectations, taking ownership and ensuring queries and issues are resolved on the first contact. The business is expanding rapidly, so you'll be used to working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and innovating, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. Your daily tasks will beAnswering customer queries via chat and email in high-level JapaneseInvestigating, escalating, and resolving customer casesCollaborating with other teams and external partnersBeing an active voice for the best customer experience in the company Additional informationThis role involves working every two weekends or more. The working pattern is based on a monthly schedule and the working times are 00:00-09:30 and 05:00-14:30.
Requirements
You will be great for this role if you areFluent in written and verbal Japanese and good (or very good) in EnglishExcellent communicator and a team playerAble to multitask and adapt quickly while remaining detailed-orientedTech savvy – highly skilled with computers and new technologies And some beneficial skillsPrevious experience managing demanding customersBasic knowledge of cryptocurrencies, sports betting, and/or casino gamesKnowledge of the Japanese market and customer behavior
