Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it.Responsibilities Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals. Contribute to the team performance consistently delivering against quarterly sales goals. Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to clients’ performance goals, identify and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions and promote Google products. Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers. Deliver on execution of sales strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role. Ability to communicate in one of the Nordics languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.Preferred qualifications: Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external facing). Experience managing and customizing record for a customer base. Experience in new business sales and business analysis. Ability to work on their own, lead, motivate and work well with others. Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes.
