Not only that, your opportunity to learn and progress within Betsson is limitless!At Betsson Group we work with a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, giving you the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Many other benefits provided to make happier and easier your life here in Malta, with Betsson!You tasks will be:Help Greek and English-speaking customers via e-mail, chat, and telephoneWork together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction (including other KPIs)Translate promotional texts and/or customer surveys in your local languageManage customer accountsFollow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming. 

Requirements

Excellent command of the Greek and languages (written and verbal)Good command of English language, for training and internal communications.Good Microsoft Office knowledgeBackground in customer service, this can be face-to-face, online, or via phone callsMulti-tasking and time managementExtra AwesomeAdditional languages are considered a plus
