Start: 5th and 19th January Streaming PlatformTasks:Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements
Fluency in Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.Basic administrative and technical knowledge.Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 8:00-20:00, Weekends: 10:00-20:00Task inbound call, offer addtional values for existing customersPossibility to sell to interested clients after dealing with the main issue
