Hola, As a result of the incredible growth of our client, we’re looking for bilingual speakers to join us and one of the world’s most well-known brands. To give customers a consistente path to a great experience, you will:Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;Respond promptly to customer inquiries;Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;Know the product/service well;Process customer requests and complains;Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

Requirements

Our client is a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level of Catalan, and advanced level of Spanish;Have 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience;Have call center experience;Are living in Portugal;Have pc at home, internet connection, headsets and webcam;Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry);Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
