Founded in 2012, we’re the trusted partner of over 4 million merchants in 36 markets worldwide, providing simple and affordable tools that enable them to manage payments, business finances and customer relationships. As a Customer Support Agent for the Dutch market, you will be the voice of our company. What you’ll be doing in this position:Supporting our Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channelsSupporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solutionYou actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants

Requirements

Multi-tasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication (Dutch and English)Problem solving attitudeExperience with CRM systemsDemonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
