At Adecco, we are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for a leading company in the banking sector, providing services to the German market, to work from their offices in Madrid.The selected candidate will join a customer service team dedicated to German customers, performing Front Desk functions.Key Responsibilities:Customer service through phone, email, and chat.Handling inquiries and incidents related to banking services.Managing customer requests while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.Working in shift-based teams.What We Offer:Temporary contract (6 months) through the company + permanent contract.Gross annual salary: €22,800 + €1,200 variable.Availability to work in one of the following shifts:Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 24:00Night shift: 22:00 – 07:00Job location: Madrid.

Requirements

Native level of German. Spanish level B2. Availability to start on 18/05/2026.

Offer
