<p><strong>Goal of the position: </strong>You will be part of our dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service team, servicing our Wholesale customers worldwide. You will follow up the whole order to cash process of German and German-speaking accounts.</p>

<p><strong>Main Activities: </strong></p>

<ul><li>Order entry & follow up</li><li>Order book management/orders to cash conversion</li><li>Responding to German wholesale customers’ queries by telephone or email</li><li>Responding to sales agents queries by telephone or email</li><li>Handling wholesale customers’ complaints and returns</li><li>Liaise with Sales, Logistics, and Finance (AR)</li></ul>

Requirements


<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position, ideally in the Fashion Industry</li><li>Native German speaker. Basic skills in English and Spanish</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills</li><li>Experience with SAP is a plus</li></ul>
