At Adecco, we are currently looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an exciting project with a leading company in the technology and telecommunications sector.The role is based in Benalmádena, with upcoming start dates. Would you like to be part of our team?As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries related to mobile services, internet, and television, including:Mobile service issues (e.g. SIM card installation or mobile data setup)Home services (e.g. router issues or TV package configuration)You will support customers with their queries, but sales will also be an important part of your role. With your commercial mindset, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, always ensuring added value for both the customer and the business.

Requirements

Language skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and good English skills (minimum B1)Customer & sales focus: Strong communicator with a customer-oriented mindset and a natural ability to identify sales opportunitiesProblem-solving: Proactive and efficient in resolving customer issuesTech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and good IT skillsWork eligibility: Legal right to live and work in Spain, with valid documentation

Offer
