Customer Service Representative – German Speaking Gdańsk, Poland 8,495 PLN gross/month (49 PLN/hour) + bonusesStart Date: Mid-JulyAbout the Role You'll handle travel related customer inquiries, resolve issues, and help guests book stays. This is an office-based role in Gdańsk.Relocation assistance availableWorking Hours Shifts between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to SundayExpect to work 2 weekends per monthFull-time (40 hrs/week) or part-time (25–30 hrs/week) optionsPart-time salary is calculated pro rataWhat You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone and emailHandle bookings, complaints, and account issuesDeliver fast, friendly, and accurate supportManage multiple tasks at onceFollow company policies and hit performance targetsEscalate and resolve complex cases when neededLanguages Required German (C1)English (C1/B2)Compensation & Bonuses 8,495 PLN gross/month (based on full-time)Retention Bonus: Up to 1,500 PLN every 6 monthsPerformance Bonus: Up to 5% monthlyAnniversary Bonus: $150 gift after 1 yearRelocationRelocation package: 5500 PLN total1st salary: 850 PLN transport + 2150 PLN accommodation2nd & 3rd salary: 1250 PLN each
