Financial services or 15.12. banking, 15.01.: banking DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of incoming calls, chats and emails,Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotasKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
Native/Fluent in German & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both orally and writtenHolder of a high school diploma or equivalentPrevious work experience in customer services experienceAbility to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarityTech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office productsResident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
