We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with fluent Dutch language skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to higher management when necessary.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing account information.Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Requirements

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in a call center or customer support environment.Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and act quickly.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and company policies.
