Requirements

Provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of information and contribution to data management: governance and data cleansing activitiesValidate and enters data (e.g. applications, generic data maintenance, orders, resignation renewal) for multiple countriesPerform deep and complex document validation and checks information for completeness and correctness in compliance with business conduct rulesInvestigate requests from Amway Business Owners and independently provides appropriate solutions based on experience and acquired Customer Service knowledgeAssist other team members with daily dutiesAccurately enters and updates data records in various IT SystemsIdentify system errors and informs uplines about all ABO related issuesMonitor and maintains inbound channels and document workflowCollaborate on daily basis with other Central FunctionsContribute to high data quality and applies data governance standardsProtect personal database and applies all legal requirements in regard to personal data protectionSupport Amway driven data entries or corrections in case of urgent exceptional situations to provide seamless ABO experienceGenerate innovative ideas and solutions that will increase ABO satisfaction and support an environment that embraces continuous improvement to drive customer valueAs Subject Matter Expert contributes to optimize cross-departmental process and workflowsContributes to projects in various departments outside of regular scope of responsibilities What you'll need:Good knowledge of Greek (B1/B2 level)Good knowledge of EnglishKnowledge of other European languages would be an advantageBachelor University DegreePrevious working experience with customers in a service-oriented area would be an assetProficiency in working with IT systemsDetail-oriented working style, able to combine and analyze critical information considering the needs of the businessStrong focus on internal and external customersEnthusiastic approach to teamworkFlexibility and ability to manage pressure
