Description
For our client - one of the top airline companies, we are looking for candidates that would like to join the international team and use their knowledge of German and English in the role of a Customer Service Specialist! You would be responsible for:Providing friendly customer support through the phone;Answering passengers' queries regarding e.g., rebooking, ticketing;Managing passengers' reservations;Supporting other departments in their activities; For other opportunities - additional European languages are welcomed :)
Requirements
Fluency in English and German or other European language (min. B2/C1);Customer-oriented approach;Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;Experience in customer service or similar field;
