Job description:


- Provide assistance by phone, email chat, by solving simple and complex queries from our customers and that have impact on business performance.- Guide our customers in our Website/Webshop.- Ensuring that data received from customers is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.- Transfer queries to the corresponding department and contribute to our processes improvement.


- You are a good comunicator, and you are able to communicate by phone email with our customers.- Proficiency/Native level of French and Basic level of English.- Proactive, and focus to answer our customer's needs.- Experience in Office and SAP (valuable).- Able to work in a multicultural team and oriented to achieve results and KPI's.
