Requirements
Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2+)Previous customer service experience is a plus (e.g., call center, hospitality, retail)Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environmentComfortable working in shifts (including weekends and holidays as needed)Basic technical skills and quick adaptability to new tools and systems
