Requirements

Native / near-native German (spoken & written)Good command of English Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt to different personalities Excellent communication and active listening skills Confidence in phone-based support Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Previous customer support / technical support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
