Customer Support Analyst - 6 month Contract

<p>We now have exciting opportunities to join our team on a 6 months basis as Customer Support Analyst for one of our Global clients in a fintech industry.</p>

<p><strong>What you will do: </strong></p>

<p><br />Provision of an excellent support experience to our customers users <em>via email</em> (no phone calls)<br />Responsible for providing support to customers by investigating, troubleshooting and resolving cases across multiple channels.<br />Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an effective, tactical, and empathetic manner.<br />Investigate and research user issues and identify and escalate bugs so they can be resolved as quickly as possible<br />Always be on the lookout for ways to improve the way we do things<br />Advocate for users and pass ideas and best practices on to the rest of the team<br />Update the internal knowledge base when you discover something new<br />Establish effective working relationships with team members. </p>


<p><strong>What we are looking for: </strong></p>

<p><br />Fluent in written and spoken English<br />Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer support and or technical support role<br />Previous support experience in a call centre</p>

<p>Previous experience working with CRM (ideally, Salesforce)<br />Excellent problem-solving abilities<br />Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner<br />Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations<br />Ability to work with systems you may not have come across before<br />Enjoy working in a fast paced environment<br />Good with working with computers and troubleshooting skills <br />Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience </p>
