Requirements
Who are we looking for?We are looking for a partner who has a natural feeling for the customer and at the same time:· Speaks and writes fluent Czech (C2) and can communicate in English (B2)· He has a positive attitude, is a team player and does not shy away from challenges· Is familiar with computer applications (MS Office, etc.)· Can explain complex things in simple terms· Interested in sports and betting – so you know what we're talking about· Previous customer service experience is an advantage, not a requirement· Has completed secondary education with a high school diploma
