About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist with German and English, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Requirements

Requirements Native or near-native German (C1–C2) Good command of English (B2) High school diploma Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple platforms Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes Previous customer support experience is an advantage
