You’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help. Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks. Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump. Chat or talk with passengers - whatever helps solve their problem fastest. Create real connections. We want customers to remember you - the awesome human who helped them out. 

Requirements

You speak Danish fluently (C1) and your English is solid too (B2). You’re positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings. You listen first, then speak clearly and confidently. You’re organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
