In this role, you will:Provide professional support for our products and services across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).Utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and other tools to address customer inquiries.Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and industry trends.No prior technical background is required – full training will be provided.
