Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a Travel Advisor with Greek for its Katowice-based operations.Location: Katowice, PolandContract type: Fixed-term contract (6 months) with possibility of extension Responsibilities:Communicating with travelers via phone, chat, and email in a professional and customer-oriented manner Managing hotel bookings, flight reservations, and car rentals Ensuring the confidentiality and protection of customers’ personal data Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive brand image Working collaboratively within a dynamic, international team Requirements:Fluent Greek (C1 level or higher), written and spoken English at B2 level for internal communication and training Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Availability to work on-site in Katowice Nice to have:Previous experience in customer service or a similar role What we offer:Salary: 6,500 PLN gross Fully paid training program in English (12 weeks, including 4 weeks of practical training) Full-time employment contract Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (8.5 hours per day including a break) Private health insurance (Luxmed) Group insurance, sports, and leisure program Training and development programs, including language courses Coaching and mentoring to support professional growth International and multicultural work environment Social activities, events, and team celebrations Relocation package provided (flight or train ticket)Recruitment Process:Introductory call with a Workster recruiter HR interview Final interview with the Hiring Manager Apply now!
